Cheese without cheese?

Maybe.

It sounds like a joke, but it’s true.

When it comes to making cheeses, there’s not a whole lot you can do.

You can’t buy the cheese, you can’t get the cheese to ferment in the fridge, and you can only make cheese with milk and eggs.

That’s why I made a cheese with eggs in it and made it from scratch.

I think it’s a great way to take the time to really understand cheese and get to know the processes involved in making it.
